The corrosion-resistant, extruded aluminum extraction and return rail features inner slots for the roller bearings of the extraction trolley and inner slots for retaining the rubber lips. The SR1000 extraction rail boasts a substantial cross-sectional area of 500 cm², facilitating low-speed fume extraction, which results in reduced noise and minimized pressure drop. The rubber lips on the extraction rail ensure the free movement of the mobile extraction devices without leakage. The SR1000 rail system efficiently services a larger number of service bays by utilizing fewer movable extraction trolleys with drop hoses. Sacatec's extraction hoses are engineered to withstand continuous temperatures of up to 220°C and intermittent temperatures up to 250°C. Additionally, the end hose length is crushproof, allowing vehicles to roll over it without damage.
