cGas Monitor for Indoor Public Spaces (Offices, Showrooms, etc.)

The cGas Detector is a discreet gas monitoring device designed for publicly occupied spaces such as hotels, schools, hospitals, and offices. It supports demand-controlled ventilation (DCV) to improve air quality and energy efficiency while monitoring hazardous gases and refrigerants in high-efficiency systems. Its low-profile design ensures minimal noticeability, making it ideal for theaters, dormitories, and retirement homes.

Available in analog and digital models, the detector integrates seamlessly with Building Automation Systems (BAS). Analog models feature a single 4-20 mA, 0-10V, or 2-10V output, while digital models offer configurable BACnet® MS/TP RS-485 or Modbus® RTU RS-485 communication. Both include a bright LCD display, temperature compensation, and easy Plug & Play pre-calibrated sensor replacements.

Additional features include an SPDT dry contact relay, optional RH and temperature sensors, and selectable particulate sensors (1PM, 2.5PM, or 10PM). Firmware and settings can be updated via USB for convenience.

The cGas Detector is configurable with either an internal gas sensor, suited for vertical terminal air conditioners (VTAC), or a remote refrigerant sensor with a 9m cable for packaged terminal air conditioners (PTAC). Powered by 24 VDC or ground-referenced AC, it combines reliable performance with a design tailored for public spaces.
