FCS Flexible Control System: Central CO & NO2 Detection System for Large Garages

The FCS Multi-Channel System Controller is a versatile, high-performance device designed to monitor toxic, combustible, and refrigerant gases in commercial and light industrial environments. With advanced logic control and multi-channel configurations, the FCS supports applications such as enclosed parking facilities, recreation centers, food processing plants, cold storage rooms, and chemical storage areas.

Available in 4, 8, 32, and 128-channel models, the FCS accepts inputs from digital and analog transmitters or peripheral devices using Modbus® RTU RS-485 or 4-20 mA analog inputs. Communication options include Modbus® (FCS-M models) for LAN and WAN applications and BACnet® MS/TP (FCS-B models) for integration with Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Standard features include a full-color LCD touchscreen with LED indicators, four configurable SPDT dry contact relays, and support for 4-20 mA and Modbus® driven Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). The system also offers intuitive password-protected menus, enhanced zoning and priority structures, and a USB port for firmware updates and data logging. The IP54-rated enclosure is water and dust-tight, with optional watertight alarms available.

Optional enhancements include analog input/output modules, locking doors, manual shut-off switches, and top-mounted strobes. Additionally, the FCS can connect with CET remote devices, such as strobe/horns, Remote Display Modules (CET-RDM), and Network Extenders (LNK-XT), providing scalable functionality for tailored monitoring needs. The FCS is configurable to comply with California Title-24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards, with customizable specifications available at the time of order. Its modular design and advanced capabilities make it an ideal solution for efficient and reliable gas monitoring.
