EXHAUST GASES EXTRACTION SYSTEMS FOR FIRE FIGHTERS’ STATIONS

EXHAUST GASES EXTRACTION SYSTEMS FOR FIRE FIGHTERS’ STATIONS

The exhaust gas system features an extraction rail with movable extraction trolleys. The operator attaches the rubber nozzle to the vehicle's tailpipe and presses the compressed air button on the nozzle, ensuring an airtight fit without leakage. The extraction system activates automatically when the vehicle starts. As the vehicle moves, the extraction trolley follows until it reaches the end of the rail, where the disconnection system automatically activates, deflating the nozzle to disconnect it from the vehicle. The balancer then lifts the extraction hose out of the way. The exhaust extraction fan shuts off a few minutes after the vehicle leaves the station.

Features include:

  • Pneumatic System: Designed for upper tailpipes, the rubber nozzle inflates onto the pipe and deflates automatically when the vehicle exits the station.

  • Electromagnetic System: Designed for lower exhaust pipes, the rubber nozzle is held close to the tailpipe and is released automatically when the vehicle exits the station.

  • Caring for the Neighborhood: Exhaust fumes from the station are filtered through a mechanical filtration system for gas-phase and particulate removal, effectively preventing smoke and odor nuisances in the neighborhood.
