Sacatec offers advanced solutions for welding fumes and dust extraction, featuring articulated suction arms that can be used in central extraction systems serving multiple welding stations through a central fan or dedicated to a single welding station. A central filtration system can be installed on the exhaust for optimal performance. These articulated suction arms are available with built-in exhaust fans and electrostatic or mechanical filtration units at the exhaust.

Sacatec offers mobile extractors equipped with either single or dual suction arms (160 mm in diameter, 3 meters long), complete with built-in fans and controls. These units feature a comprehensive filtration system, including a washable stainless steel prefilter, an electrostatic precipitator, and an activated carbon final filter, achieving 99% efficiency on particles measuring 0.3/0.5 microns.
