VEHICLES FUMES SINGLE POINT EXTRACTION SYSTEMS

Sacatec's Vehicle Fumes Single Point Extraction Systems are available in two options: Independent Mechanical Hose Reel and Independent Electrical Hose Reel.

The Independent Mechanical Hose Reel is a single-point fume extraction system equipped with a rubber funnel with a vice grip, hose stop, and ratchet. It features an extraction fan with ON/OFF motor control and thermal overload protection.

For passenger cars, it is equipped with a 5-meter hose (Ø 100 mm), one ventilator (0.37 kW – 380/3/50), and an extraction piece (Ø 125 mm) with a measured air flow at the funnel of 500 m³/h.
For trucks, it includes a large drum with a 5-meter hose (Ø 150 mm), one ventilator (0.75 kW – 380/3/50), and an extraction piece (Ø 125 mm) with a measured air flow at the funnel of 1200 m³/h.

The Independent Electrical Hose Reel is also a single-point fume extraction system equipped with a rubber funnel with a vice grip, hose stop, and ratchet. It includes an extraction fan with remote wired control, featuring a 5-meter cable length, and ON/OFF motor control with thermal overload protection.
