Gilian Gilibrator 2

The Gilibrator 2 USB provides primary standard accuracy and performance validation for sampling pump air flows ranging from 1 cc/min to 30 LPM. Sensidyne’s Gilibrator 2 System offers a convenient and automated method for ensuring proper air flow function in almost any commercially available air sampling pump before deployment.

The system includes an electronic Gilibrator 2 USB Base, compatible with three sizes of flow cells. These interchangeable components are available individually or as part of kits that may include a complete calibration diagnostic panel. The cells feature a twist-on bayonet design for quick and easy mounting, and all are certified for accuracy and traceable to NIST. Sensidyne recommends an annual calibration check by a certified laboratory.

Calibration Cells:
 

• Low Flow Cell: 1 to 250 cc/min

• Standard Flow Cell:20 cc/min to 6 LPM

• High Flow Cell: 2 to 30 LPM

The cells generate perfect bubble films at the touch of a button, and infrared sensors measure the bubble flow rate, which is then calculated and displayed. ISO 17025 calibration certificates are available from Sensidyne.
