ALF150+ Duct & Air Handlers Leakage Finder

The ALF 150 Duct Leakage Tester offers a closed-loop PID control system, enabling controlled leakage testing for ductwork. Users can select from industry-recognized test standards such as SMACNA, EN1507 / 12237, or DW/143, and configure parameters like duct size, test pressure, duration, and class. Once set, the ALF 150's control pod automatically calculates the allowable maximum leakage and conducts the test by pressurizing or depressurizing the ductwork to monitor leakage rates. It provides a pass/fail indication based on ductwork performance.

The enhanced ALF+ model offers greater accuracy by including an ambient conditions module that measures temperature and barometric pressure to calculate real-time air density, improving leakage rate accuracy during testing.

Both ALF models allow users to calculate leakage rates under ‘Actual’ or ‘Standard’ conditions. The Actual option uses real-time or user-input temperature and barometric pressure, while the Standard option calculates leakage at standard air density (1.2 kg/m³).
