



ALF150 Duct & Air Handlers Leakage Finder
The ALF 150 Duct Leakage Tester is a cost-effective, compact, and lightweight solution for testing ductwork systems for leakage under both positive and negative pressure. Designed for commissioning engineers, this fully self-contained unit includes everything necessary to perform tests. It can generate static pressures ranging from -2500Pa to +2500Pa, with flow rates between 1 and 150 l/s. The ALF 150 provides approximately 140 l/s for Class A leakage tests and up to 70 l/s for Class C/D tests.

Equipped with conical inlet nozzles, the ALF 150 is a primary measurement device, simplifying the testing process. Its user-friendly design eliminates the complexities often associated with duct leakage testers and related equipment. Additionally, the ALF 150 is easily transportable and can fit in the back of most small hatchback vehicles, making it convenient for on-site testing.

The ALF 150 Duct Leakage Tester offers a closed-loop PID control system, enabling controlled leakage testing for ductwork. Users can select from industry-recognized test standards such as SMACNA, EN1507 / 12237, or DW/143, and configure parameters like duct size, test pressure, duration, and class. Once set, the ALF 150's control pod automatically calculates the allowable maximum leakage and conducts the test by pressurizing or depressurizing the ductwork to monitor leakage rates. It provides a pass/fail indication based on ductwork performance.
