IAQ Reactor for Air Handling Units
The Calistair Reactor is a compact, cost-effective, and lightweight module designed for seamless integration into any air handling unit (AHU) or air treatment device. It effectively decontaminates and treats airborne microbiological and chemical pollutants, including bacteria, viruses (such as Coronavirus), fungi, VOCs, gases, and even nerve agents. The reactor is equipped with four compact UV-C lamps enclosed by two honeycombs coated with Calistair’s patented Non-Thermal Catalysts, which are activated by the UV lamps to neutralize contaminants.

The reactor boasts a destruction rate exceeding 99% on a single air exchange and supports high air velocities up to 5 m/s while maintaining low pressure drops akin to a G3 filter. Designed for easy installation and versatility, the module can be produced in any size or format, making it adaptable to various air treatment systems. Low energy consumption and a compact design enhance its utility, especially in space-constrained environments. Additionally, the reactor avoids generating toxic by-products, such as ozone, VOCs, or hydrogen peroxide, ensuring a safe and clean air treatment process.

Maintenance is straightforward, requiring UV-C lamp replacement annually and honeycomb replacement every 3-5 years. Multiple reactors can be installed in parallel for high-volume airflows or in series for enhanced treatment levels, making the Calistair Reactor an ideal solution for scalable, safe, and effective air purification.
R4000 - Mobile Air Decontamination Unit
The mobile R4000 is a versatile air decontamination system designed to meet the varying particulate cleanliness requirements of health facilities, cleanrooms, and laboratories. Produced to ISO 14644 and NF S90-351 standards, this system is especially suited for risk areas 2 and 3, ensuring compliance with stringent air quality guidelines.

Engineered for low maintenance and quiet operation, the R4000 achieves noise levels below 50 dB at an airflow of 1500 m³/h, making it ideal for hospital environments where clear communication and patient comfort are critical. Its economic operation and ease of installation help to relieve hospital budgets while providing reliable performance.

Key features of the R4000 include the effective separation and destruction of microbiological, chemical, and particulate pollutants, with an airflow capacity of up to 4000 m³/h. The system is designed for airborne risk management and minimizes odor nuisance through proven mechanisms. It incorporates state-of-the-art technology with an integrated PLC for automated control and performance analysis, and its modular design allows for easy retrofitting to produce either positive pressure or partial vacuum as needed.
