TROLEX LTD.
Trolex of the UK, provides advanced safety technology that is engineered to perform reliably in the harshest industrial environments worldwide. From dust monitoring and gas detection to controls and sensors, the goal is to ensure optimal protection for workers in various occupational settings.

AIR XD
Robust Particulate Monitor for Harsh & Hazardous Environments with Up to 1500 mg/m³ Concentrations
The TROLEX AIR XD is engineered for reliable performance in extreme industrial environments. It offers simultaneous monitoring of multiple particulate matter (PM) sizes, including PM1.0, PM2.5, PM4.25, PM10, and TSP, as well as custom size fractions. Utilizing open path particle measurement technology, the AIR XD requires no filters or pumps, ensuring minimal maintenance and high reliability in high-dust conditions.
AIR XD1+
Introducing the D1+ — a compact, lightweight, and cost-effective real-time dust monitor revolutionizing respiratory protection in the workplace. Designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, it requires no filters, pumps, tubes, or replaceable parts. Simply switch it on, secure it in place, and begin monitoring. The D1+ provides instant alarms for fully customizable STEL and TWA measurements across PM1, PM2.5, PM4.25, and PM10. It features an automatic self-test routine and minimal maintenance, requiring only a brief two-minute check every three months. Ideal for routine use, the D1+ can be seamlessly integrated into standard PPE for workers exposed to respirable dust.

AIR XS
AIR XS provides real-time detection of respirable crystalline silica (RCS) by analyzing multiple parameters such as particle size, symmetry, and distinctive optical markers specific to RCS. Using a combination of optical refraction and light-scatter photometry, it examines each sampled particle and classifies it based on its optical properties. This allows AIR XS to accurately detect all forms of RCS—including alpha and beta quartz, cristobalite, and tridymite—across all relevant respirable size ranges. The system then integrates particle classification with mass analysis to deliver precise measurements in mg/m³ and particles per litre.
