HVAC In-duct UV Air & Coil Disinfection Systems
Direct & Indirect UV Systems

CK HVAC UV Systems
The CK UV Systems are modular, highly configurable UVC kits designed for seamless integration into Air Handling Units (AHUs). Engineered for versatility and ease of installation, these systems provide precise germicidal UV solutions across a wide range of HVAC configurations. With a compact footprint and minimal pressure drop, each system supports up to 16 UV lamps from a single electronic enclosure. Options include standard, shatter-proof coated, or double-walled cell UV lamps, selected according to specific installation requirements. An optional Building Management System (BMS) interface enables lamp monitoring via current-sensing relays, allowing full connectivity with centralized monitoring platforms.

Ideal for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional environments, CK UV kits are typically installed near HVAC coils and drain pans to deliver continuous disinfection and inhibit microbial growth. Additionally, the systems can be configured for effective airstream disinfection, significantly improving indoor air quality by reducing airborne pathogens within the ventilation system.
DC UV Air Purifiers
DC In-Duct UV Air Purifiers are tested and proven solutions designed to deliver high-performance ultraviolet air disinfection within ducted HVAC systems. Each unit consists of two or four high-output UV lamps, a ballast, and a complete accessory assembly, offering a ready-to-install air purification solution that meets a broad range of engineering and architectural requirements.

Installation is straightforward, whether during new construction or as a retrofit. A small opening is made in the duct wall for lamp insertion, and the transformer is mounted externally using a surface with an airtight gasket. For large plenum chambers, a support bracket is available to stabilize the UV lamps. DC UV air purifiers are highly effective in minimizing the spread of airborne infections indoors. In fact, treated indoor air has been shown to achieve microbial counts lower than outdoor air. These systems are essential for maintaining hygienic conditions in environments such as food processing facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospitals, and laboratories.
NC UV Systems With NEMA 4X Housing
The NC (NEMA 4X) high-output germicidal UV systems are designed for external mounting, with only the lamp(s) inserted into the air handler or duct to disinfect the airstream. Featuring a weather-resistant NEMA 4X enclosure, these systems are ideal for outdoor HVAC installations.

Designed for easy access to hard-to-reach rooftop A/C units or exterior ductwork, the NC systems are available in one-lamp and two-lamp configurations and can be installed either vertically or horizontally. While the lamp(s) and input power wiring extend into the HVAC unit, the ballast and lamp harness remain securely housed within the NEMA 4X enclosure, ensuring reliable operation in outdoor environments.
American-Lights Residential / Light Commercial UV Air Cleaner
The American-Lights® UV Air Cleaner is a duct-mounted ultraviolet air purification system designed for residential and commercial HVAC systems, covering spaces up to 5,000 square feet. Installed by a qualified contractor, it treats the air as it circulates through the ductwork, using high-intensity UV light to target and reduce airborne DNA-based contaminants such as bacteria, viruses, mold, and spores—common triggers of allergies, asthma, and respiratory illnesses.

Ultraviolet light air purification technology has been widely adopted in environments where clean air is critical, including hospitals, laboratories, clean rooms, and food processing facilities. The American-Lights® UV Air Cleaner brings this proven disinfection method into homes and offices, enhancing indoor air quality with the same advanced germicidal technology trusted in professional settings.

Coil Clean (CC) High Output UV System
CC Series High-Output UV systems are engineered for effective disinfection of cooling coils and drain pans in HVAC systems, promoting improved air quality and system hygiene. These systems offer versatile mounting configurations—either as individual fixtures attached to plenum walls or as grouped assemblies spanning ducts or coils—to deliver optimal UV coverage. Recognized by the U.S. General Services Administration Office of the Chief Architect, this UV solution has been incorporated into HVAC standards for public buildings. Coil Clean (CC) Series fixtures are well-suited for internal installation in medium to large HVAC systems across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional settings. Their placement near coil and drain pan areas ensures continuous germicidal treatment, preventing microbial growth such as mold and mildew.
Packaged Equipment Kit UV Systems
The Packaged Equipment Kit (PEK) High Output UV germicidal fixtures are specifically designed for fan coils, PTAC units, classroom unit ventilators, packaged split systems, and similar room-based HVAC systems. These compact UV systems apply powerful UVC technology to address Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) challenges where conventional solutions fall short due to low-efficiency filters and limited space for retrofitting high-performance filtration. PEK fixtures deliver 800mA high-output UVC energy to irradiate cooling components, eliminating microbial contaminants such as mold, bacteria, and biofilms. This not only preserves energy efficiency but also helps reduce airborne pathogens, improving air quality in spaces like hotel rooms, dormitories, offices, classrooms, and patient care areas.

MRS45-12 Mobile Room Disinfection UV System with 12 UV Lamps
The MRS45-12 is a mobile UV disinfection system engineered for effective, direct UVC exposure of air and surfaces within enclosed spaces. Designed for flexibility and ease of use, it delivers controlled, prolonged germicidal treatment until the programmed disinfection cycle is completed. The unit features 12 GML515 45” UV lamps arranged around a highly polished central reflector for maximum UV output. Safety is ensured through a 360° motion sensor array, which automatically shuts off the system if movement is detected during operation. Additional features include a 304 stainless steel body, touch-screen controller with preset and manual modes, remote key fob for activation, and heavy-duty locking casters for easy transport. The unit operates on universal voltage (120/220V, 50/60Hz) and comes equipped with a 15-foot power cord, with longer options available upon request.
TB UV air cleaners
The TB UV air cleaners are designed to reduce microbial contamination in upper air zones. These germicidal UV units feature adjustable louvers to safely direct ultraviolet rays, ensuring effective disinfection of circulating air while protecting occupants. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel and equipped with an Alzak aluminum reflector, the TB series provides coverage for areas of 75, 200, or 300 square feet, depending on the model. Designed for wall mounting at a height of 7 feet or higher, each unit utilizes SBL UV lamps. Maintenance is simplified with a hinged front louver that allows for easy lamp replacement after disconnecting power. The TB UV air cleaners come fully assembled and include a grounded power cord, pull-chain switch, Slimline UV lamp, and louver.
