Airborne Particle Counter ZR-1650​

The ZR-1650 Airborne Particle Counter is a portable nine-channel high-precision instrument designed for detecting airborne particles as small as 0.1 μm. Operating at a flow rate of 28.3 L/min (1 CFM), it employs a solid-state laser and the light scattering principle to measure particle size distribution and concentration across nine channels: 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0, and 5.0 μm. Equipped with a built-in HEPA filter for exhaust air purification, it ensures clean and accurate operation. The ZR-1650 is ideal for cleanliness verification and air filter performance testing in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, optical laboratories, clean workshops, and inspection or testing institutions.

ZR-4001 Airflow Pattern Visualizer (AFPV)

The Airflow Pattern Visualizer (AFPV) is a reliable and user-friendly device designed to generate fog safely within sterile cleanrooms for airflow visualization and testing. It produces 1–10 μm water mist to clearly demonstrate airflow movement, helping identify vortices, turbulence, and flow balance. Ideal for use in biosafety cabinets, cleanrooms, and chemical exhaust systems, it also supports pressure balance verification, air duct leakage testing, and personnel safety evacuation assessments.

Compact and portable, the AFPV is powered by a built-in lithium battery and features adjustable airflow speed and mist density—even during operation. It operates with deionized or purified water, offers quick refilling, and provides excellent fog visualization up to 3–5 feet. An automatic low-water protection sensor ensures reliability and long service life.

Aerosol Generator ZR-1300A
