LoadTECH MERV 8/11/14

The Parker LoadTECH® series features compact, extended surface rigid cell filters using proprietary E-Pleat® media technology. This design forms pre-shaped media channels that promote smooth airflow, ensuring even particle loading and maximum media utilization. Available in 4-inch and 12-inch depths, the 4-inch version delivers performance equivalent to traditional 12-inch filters, allowing for easier handling and reduced storage and shipping costs. The 12-inch model matches the dust-holding capacity of typical 4-V HVAC filters, making it ideal where energy efficiency and low total cost of ownership are key.

Constructed with a durable high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) frame, the filters resist corrosion and damage, and are fully incinerable to reduce disposal costs. Media is resistant to tearing, moisture, and microbial growth. LoadTECH® filters meet ASHRAE Standard 52.2-2017 and are available in MERV 14, MERV 11, and MERV 8 ratings. MERV 14 and 11 are offered in box or single header configurations (4" and 12"), while MERV 8 is available in 4" box frame. Ideal for VAV systems.

The Variflow® Compact Series delivers high-performance air filtration in a thinner, lighter design, ideal for retrofit applications with limited space. These rigid-cell, extended-surface filters feature high-efficiency microglass paper media and are suitable for high-temperature environments up to 750°F (399°C). Constructed entirely from metal, they include aluminized steel sides, corrugated aluminum separators, and expanded metal faceguards, ensuring durability and moisture resistance. Vari-Pak filters are built for durability and consistent performance in demanding environments, including high airflow and turbulence. Designed with a rigid media pack, they maintain integrity during airflow fluctuations or repeated fan shutdowns.

 

Available in MERV 14, 13, 11, and 10 efficiencies, VARI-PAK filters come in 1" and 12" depths, with box or header (PH) options. The microfine fiberglass or synthetic media options offer low resistance and high dust-holding capacity, while being unaffected by humidity or moisture—making them ideal for VAV systems. Controlled pleat spacing and a strong scrim backing ensure long-lasting shape and performance.

MICROGUARD LR

The Parker MICROGUARD LR series offers high-efficiency air filtration using proprietary E-Pleat® media technology, which forms pre-shaped channels to guide airflow evenly across the filter surface. MICROGUARD OM

The Parker MICROGUARD OM series is engineered for mist collection in industrial environments such as turning, milling, and grinding operations using petroleum-based cooling fluids. Featuring pleated fiberglass micro-glass media, these filters deliver HEPA-level efficiency at 95% on 0.3-micron particles and are optimized for high airflow applications up to 500 FPM. The advanced score-fold pleat design increases surface area and minimizes the risk of media damage during handling.

Each filter includes a fully sealed media pack to prevent leakage and ensure consistent performance, with construction options in 16-gauge metal or 0.063 roll-formed aluminum. The filters operate effectively up to 180 °F (82 °C) and are classified per UL Standard 900 for flammability. MICROGUARD 99

The Parker MICROGUARD 99 product line includes standard capacity HEPA filters available in a variety of sizes and frame styles, including metal and wood box frames with a urethane frame sealant. These filters are engineered to capture microscopic airborne particles and contaminants, helping to ensure a clean environment and prevent cross-contamination in critical manufacturing processes.

Offering HEPA efficiency levels of 99.97%, 99.99%, and 99.999% on 0.3-micron particles, the filters use a continuous sheet of high-efficiency white microglass paper with an acrylic binder, pleated with corrugated aluminum separators. The media pack is secured within galvanized steel or particle board cell sides using a urethane sealant, with interlocking urethane gaskets for a tight seal. The Parker MICROPLEAT product line offers high-efficiency HEPA and ULPA filters designed for low airflow applications up to 90 FPM. With filtration efficiencies of 99.99% at 0.3 microns (HEPA) and 99.9995% at 0.12 microns (ULPA), these filters are ideal for clean environments where uniform laminar airflow is critical. Featuring a compact 2¾-inch depth, micro-glass fiber media, and mini-pleat design, they provide excellent particulate removal and dust-holding capacity.

Each filter is individually tested per IEST-RP-CC001 and undergoes 11 quality inspections before shipment. XTREME+Plus HC 

The Airguard® XTREME+Plus® HC self-supported pleated (SSP) air filters are engineered for durability and extended life in HVAC and process air systems with low to medium dust loads. Delivering MERV 8 mechanical efficiency, each filter features a robust media pack secured within a single-piece beverage board frame, eliminating the need for wire backing and reducing the risk of damage.

​

With over 250 adhesion points between the media and frame, these filters maintain consistent low pressure drop and resist collapsing, bunching, or movement during use. The self-supporting pleat structure holds up even in humid or wet environments, making them a reliable choice for stable performance. XTREME+Plus® HC filters are ideal for commercial and industrial HVAC and process air filtration, though not recommended for high-temperature or highly turbulent airflow applications.

Airguard MERV 10
 

Airguard DP MERV 10 pleated air filters offer high-efficiency performance for improving indoor air quality and protecting downstream filters in commercial, industrial, and educational HVAC systems. These filters feature advanced synthetic hydrophobic media that delivers better particle removal than standard MERV 8 filters.

Reinforced with an electroplated galvanized metal grid, the media maintains pleat shape and integrity even under dust and moisture exposure. The durable two-piece beverage board frame is water-resistant and constructed with a seven-strap diagonal support pattern. Pleat tips are bonded at all contact points, and the media is fully glued on all four sides, preventing air bypass and ensuring consistent filtration performance.

DP® / DP Max

DP® Max extended surface pleated air filters with Airguard® technology are engineered for versatile use across a variety of HVAC systems, including filter banks, central station air handlers, rooftop units, and side access housings. Suitable as final filters in systems requiring MERV 8 or MERV-A 8-A ratings, or as pre-filters in multi-stage configurations, these filters deliver consistent performance and long service life. Manufactured with precise production control, they ensure uniform pleat count, height, shape, and spacing, which enhances airflow and maximizes dust-holding capacity. The pleat design allows even dirt distribution across the media surface, supporting a gradual increase in pressure drop for extended usability.

 

A durable two-piece frame with double-wall thickness around the outer edge, coupled with a die-cut pattern that includes 50% more contact points between the media and frame, provides superior strength and stability. This makes DP® Max filters ideal for demanding environments where lesser filters may fail. They meet or exceed ASHRAE Standard 52.2 for air cleaning and can be installed either vertically (preferred) or horizontally.

Disposables

The P312 disposable panel filter features durable synthetic media designed for effective dust and lint capture in residential, commercial, and light industrial HVAC systems. Its polyester fiber media forms an interlocking pattern that maximizes dust loading while maintaining low airflow resistance.

Constructed using monobond pinch frame technology, the one-piece frame is pressure- and heat-sealed to the media, ensuring a strong, continuous bond with no air bypass or weak corners. The polyethylene binder maintains seal integrity under varying humidity and temperature conditions. Additionally, the filter frame is made from post-consumer materials, supporting sustainability goals.

Permalast Media

This permanent metal filter features a multi-layered design of pleated and flat aluminum screen wire, forming a dense maze of dirt-catching surfaces for enhanced filtration efficiency. The multiple layers maximize surface area, while heavy-gauge expanded metal grids on both sides provide added rigidity and protection.

Its durable frame is constructed from a single piece of 24-gauge galvanized steel with mitered corners for strength and predrilled holes for water drainage. Vari-Klean

Vari-Klean filters are engineered for advanced chemical filtration in critical environments such as microelectronics, cleanrooms, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Designed to control Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC), even at extremely low concentrations (ppb and ppt levels), these filters protect sensitive processes and products from gaseous pollutants, vapors, and odors.

With the ability to handle both continuous low-level contamination and intermittent spikes up to 5 ppm, Vari-Klean filters deliver high first-pass removal efficiency, the highest carbon loading and activity, and low resistance for long service life. Clean operation and minimal carbon shedding ensure reliability, while compatibility with standard filter hardware allows for easy retrofitting. Available in two styles, each filter is individually poly-bagged for clean handling and installation.

Side Access Housings

Constructed from 16-gauge steel, Side Access Housings feature adaptor flanges for compatibility with air handling units and include a 2" or 4" prefilter or after filter track.

AG-144 Carbon Housing

The unit is constructed from 16-gauge cold rolled steel and is designed to hold four IAQ-100 carbon panels. It features built-in prefilter and final filter tracks and contains 48 pounds of carbon.

AG-22 Carbon Housing

The AG-22 Carbon Housing is constructed from durable 16-gauge cold rolled steel and is designed to hold four AG-18 carbon elements. It has a total carbon capacity of 72 pounds, providing effective gas-phase filtration in various HVAC and air purification systems.

AG-12 Element

The AG-12 Element is a refillable gas-phase filtration component designed to fit Purafil and Flanders housings. It contains 30 pounds of media and is available with activated carbon, potassium permanganate, or a blended media option to suit various air purification needs.

The Service Frame is designed to hold filter media pads and is sized to fit inside Uni-Lok, Type AG-8, or other manufacturers’ filter holding frames. Constructed from 22-gauge galvanized steel, it is available in 1/2", 1", and 2" thicknesses and includes a wire support grid on both sides for added stability.

Two Stage Housings

The Two Stage Housings are constructed from 16-gauge aluminized steel and designed for durability and compatibility with a variety of air handling configurations. Available in five depths—12", 21", 26", 38", and 42"—these housings include a 2" or 4" track for prefilters and a 1" track for header-style final filters. Adaptor flanges are included to facilitate integration with air handling units or ductwork systems.
